O-Creative Collections · The CosyMonday Signature Collection · Level: Intermediate

A long knitted dress in fifteen colours that blend into each other. Knitted top-down with raglan and puff sleeves, and widened to an A-line down the skirt.

Pattern coming soon.

Design note

Upside Down is not made to turn out the same every time. It is made to become yours. The dress is built layer by layer – not in stripes, but in moods. Colours blend into each other, textures shift, and the look is never quite the same from one time to the next.

Babyull and Silk Mohair hold each other. Peer Gynt adds weight where it is needed. Let the yarn do the work.

Construction

The dress is knitted top-down. It starts with ribbing at the neck, is divided for the raglan, and is increased only on the body – not on the sleeves. The sleeves get two increases each for the puff, are put on a holder, and are finished at the end with three rounds in Vintage Gold. The skirt is widened to an A-line with even increases on the way down.
