Terms of sale and delivery for online consumer purchases

The agreement

The agreement consists of the information the buyer is given during checkout, together with these standard terms.

The agreement is entered into when the buyer visits the seller's site (cosymonday.no) and finds the item he or she wishes to buy. The buyer then adds the item to the cart, creates an account if desired, accepts the terms of purchase, chooses a payment method and submits the order (accepts the seller's offer).

Immediately after ordering, the buyer receives an order confirmation by email. When a knitting pattern is ordered, the confirmation contains a download link to the purchased pattern as an electronic document (PDF). Patterns are delivered electronically only, never by post.

A binding agreement is entered into once the customer has submitted the order. Buyers are encouraged to check the order confirmation and report any errors before downloading.

If the buyer created an account on cosymonday.no before completing the purchase, the purchased pattern(s) will be available in that account. In that case the buyer can log in with username and password and find the patterns under “Downloads”. If the seller later needs to update a pattern, the buyer will have access to the updated version there.

Prices

The price of the item (including VAT and other charges) and any shipping costs are stated during checkout. These are added up to a total amount payable by the buyer.

Payment

The buyer can choose between several payment methods.

Delivery and delivery time

For knitting patterns, delivery is complete once the order confirmation with the download link to the pattern (PDF) has been sent to the buyer's email address. This is sent immediately after payment has gone through.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal for digital content supplied on a digital medium lapses as soon as the buyer has downloaded the pattern/PDF.

 

Defects

The buyer's rights in the event of a defect are governed by chapter 6 of the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven).

Incorrect deliveries

If the wrong item, or the wrong number of items, has been delivered, please get in touch at post @ cosymonday . no and we will put it right as soon as possible.
