Needles
7 mm circular needle (40 and 80 cm)
7 mm double-pointed needles or Magic Loop
You will also need
- 5 stitch markers
- Darning needle
- Scissors
- Tape measure
- Elastic for the waistband (approx. 3 cm wide + approx. 5 cm overlap)
Gauge
12 stitches × 17 rounds = 10 × 10 cm
Construction
My Funky Pants are knitted bottom-up. Both legs are knitted first, then joined. The wide flare, the elastic waistband and the mock pockets give the trousers their retro character and a comfortable fit.
