The story behind the design
Brown Eyes was developed with flexibility in mind – one pattern, two yarn qualities, two completely different looks. The half brioche gives the sweater texture and depth, while the pronounced puff sleeves add a feminine feel that works just as well in airy mohair as in warm Kos wool.

Mohair: Tjukk Mohair – Rauma Garn or Påfugl in Paris – House of Yarn. 6 (7) 7 (7) 8 balls.
Kos: Kos – Sandnes Garn. Colour: 2573 Monk's Robe. 6 (7) 7 (7) 8 balls.

Needles
Mohair: 7 mm circular needle (40 and 80 cm)
Kos: 5.5 mm circular needle (40 and 80 cm)
Double-pointed needles size 5
Gauge
Mohair: 12 stitches x 17 rounds = 10 cm (7 mm needles)
Kos: 17 stitches = 10 cm (5.5 mm needles)
Construction
Knitted bottom-up. Body and sleeves are knitted separately and joined with raglan decreases on the body.
