Circular needle 7 mm (40 cm)
Double-pointed needles 7 mm or Magic Loop

12 stitches × 17 rounds = 10 × 10 cm. If you knit loosely, go down to 6 mm needles. If you knit tightly, go up to 8 mm needles. Knit a gauge swatch before you start.
